90 Minute Birth Prep Session
A virtual, private session designed around your family's specific questions, hopes, concerns, and circumstances. Topics could include understanding your options, preparing for common interventions, creating birth preferences, discussing the partner's role, comfort measures, hospital preparation, VBACs, and identifying questions to discuss with your provider.
This conversation is guided by what you want to discuss. After filling out a brief questionnaire and scheduling a time to meet, we’ll talk about all of your concerns.

3 Hour Birth Prep Session
A virtual or in person (Greater Nashville area), private session designed around your family's specific questions, hopes, concerns, and circumstances. Topics could include understanding your options, preparing for common interventions, creating birth preferences, discussing the partner's role, comfort measures, hospital preparation, VBACs, and identifying questions to discuss with your provider.
This conversation is guided by what you want to discuss. After filling out a questionnaire, and scheduling a time to meet, we’ll talk about all of your concerns and then some. This is the equivalent of two prenatal sessions - an offering all of my labor and birth clients receive to fully prep for their birth experience.
